Most flights require a transfer on a neighboring island in the Caribbean. Many large airlines such as American Airlines, Continental Airlines, and Delta Air Lines provide service to the St. Kitts and St. Nevis islands. Another option for arriving to the islands is by cruise ship to the Port Zante in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
